Met Paul last Saturday and spent four hours with him discussing the best Lexus for us. He was very knowledgeable, expert in all aspects of the Lexus cars and very patient with all our questions. Bought a NX F sport which we absolutely love. Picked it up Tuesday and he again spent a lot of time making sure the process was seamless and I understood everything.
